Payment methods

I accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal. Johanna's Art is part of Orcadia Design, a UK verified PayPal seller. This is a fast, secure and reliable way of shopping.

Shipping

Important! Even though I aim to send out orders within 1 to 2 days of receipt, in some cases it can take me longer because like most people I have limited time trying to juggle a job and many other obligations, so please be understanding of this. Each order will take about a week to 14 days to reach you if you live in the USA. Please allow approximately 3 weeks and if you have not received your order by then, please get in touch. If you need your items in time for a birthday or Christmas, please order early. For Christmas, the yearly cut off date for orders to reach the USA in time is December 10.

Postage and packing costs $3.95 for orders up to $100.00, orders over $100.00 receive FREE postage and packing.

Refunds

If your print order arrives damaged and you do not wish me to send you a new package you can contact me and request a refund for the amount spent. Proof of damage will have to be submitted before refund is initiated.

You can also request a refund if you are not satisfied with the items, but I do request that the prints are returned to me undamaged before I proceed with the refund request. The amount that you spent will be refunded to you minus an administration fee of $5.00.

Privacy

When you place an order, I can guarantee that your personal information is not given away, sold or disclosed to anyone.

Equally, if you sign up for my mailing list, please rest assured that you always have the option to unsubscribe at any time and that your email address is not revealed to anyone.
